    Athletic Performance Coaching is my highest level of coaching, designed for women who want more than just a training program or nutrition targets.     Unlike traditional coaching that focuses purely on aesthetics, this approach prioritises performance, movement quality, recovery, and long-term athletic development. Together, we'll build strength, improve endurance, optimise nutrition, and develop the skills required to perform at your best.

    Drawing on evidence-based coaching principles and my ongoing studies in Exercise Science, this service goes beyond programming and accountability. Through detailed assessments, movement analysis, and performance-focused coaching, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how your body moves, performs, and responds to training.
