ABOUT charlotte
For over 12 years, I've helped women build stronger bodies, improve performance, and develop a healthier relationship with training and nutrition. But my journey into coaching didn't start in a classroom—it started through my own experiences as an athlete.
Over the years, I've competed in One Day events, Dressage and Show Jumping Championships, powerlifting, bodybuilding, HYROX, running events, and team sports. I've experienced first hand the highs of performance, the frustrations of injury, the pressures of body image, and the confusion that often comes from conflicting information in the health and fitness industry.
What I discovered is that many women are doing all the right things for all the wrong reasons.
They're under-fuelling, over-training, chasing smaller bodies instead of stronger ones, and relying on unsustainable approaches that leave them stuck in cycles of frustration.
That's why I coach differently.
My mission is to help women understand their bodies, fuel them properly, and discover what they're truly capable of whether that's building confidence in the gym, returning to sport, completing a HYROX event, improving running performance, or simply feeling stronger and healthier in everyday life.
Today, alongside coaching, I'm studying Exercise Science to deepen my understanding of human movement, performance, and physiology. This allows me to combine practical coaching experience with evidence-based principles to deliver coaching that goes beyond generic training plans and calorie targets.
My approach combines performance-focused training, nutrition education, behaviour change, and movement principles to help women create sustainable results that last.
I don't believe in quick fixes.
I believe in education, empowerment, and helping women build the confidence to make informed decisions about their own health and performance.
Because coaching isn't just about helping you achieve a goal.
It's about helping you understand why you're capable of achieving it in the first place.
